She has learned that if she had 0% fat she is 164 pounds of muscle, bone, skin, and other necessary parts of the body. This was an incredible reality check for her, "I will never weigh my ideal 145 pounds. Damn genes." Her sister is 100 pounds of muscle, bone, skin and other necessary parts of the body. She weighs an ideal 137 pounds. Rachel wished she had the same father. Maybe then, maybe then.
But this is what life gives you and everyone says she's beautiful, but no one seems wants to be with her. And she's not sure how to take it when someone says, "Your face is your best asset, don't ruin it."
